Young Maker’s Retreat

THE CLIENTS’ VISION

Our clients wanted a space for their 11-year-old that reflected his passions while providing a place to feel both relaxed and inspired. They envisioned a room that would grow with him—one he could enjoy through his teenage years and, eventually, transition into a welcoming guest suite when he heads off to college.

HOW WE DELIVERED

We designed this space to feel both personal and adaptable, ensuring it would serve as an inspiring retreat throughout childhood and seamlessly transition into a welcoming guest suite in the future. Thoughtful space planning created dedicated zones for creativity, relaxation, and display—allowing passions to be celebrated while keeping the room organized and functional. Rich, grounding hues and natural wood textures bring warmth and character, while custom storage solutions support both play and practicality. Every detail was curated to balance youthful energy with a design that will evolve beautifully over time.
